These general terms and conditions will apply to purchases made in our store, on our website and through our Customer Service.

Our contract with you
We would require you to provide us with your name, delivery address, email address and phone number and should be over the age of 18 to place an order.
You may pay in full or by way of deposit upon placing your order. However, taking payments does not mean we have accepted your order. In the very unlikely event that we are unable to accept your order, we will refund your payment.
Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the products to you. Until we dispatch your order, no contract will exist between us.
When placing an order, it is your responsibility to check all details including but not limited to, colour, dimension, material.
If you order through our website and you press the checkout button, you agree that the order and specifications that you have chosen are correct.
If you order through our customer service, you will be guided and be given all information that you require. At the end of this process, a sales order will be sent to you with your order details and if we don’t hear from you within 7days, we will assume that you are satisfied with the details set out in the sales order.
When placing an order, it is your responsibility to check when products will be available for delivery. If the timetable does not meet your needs, you may cancel your order anytime through our customer service. We will refund all payments made by you in the same manner in which you paid.
In the rare event that we are unable to accept your order due to items being out of stock or discontinued or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the item, we will inform you as soon as possible. All payments made will be refunded in full through the same manner in which you have paid.
Information on our Website
We try our very best to make sure that all information on our website is accurate at all times. However, if we do make a mistake, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible and if an error has affected your order we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
Images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Please check the description for the full product details. Colours of products shown in images may slightly vary depending on a few factors on your display setting.
We will do our best to check our website for viruses but we do not guarantee that the website is free of viruses or malicious content.
All products are subject to availability and so we may not be able to supply your order. With or without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may stop selling products temporarily or permanently.
We will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of this.
We try to keep our prices updated but in the rare event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will then be given the option of cancelling or re-confirming your order at the correct price. We are not obligated to provide the goods at the incorrect prices, and in these circumstances, if you do not wish to proceed with your order at the correct price, any payment you have made will be refunded to you in full using the same method that you used to place your order.
Refunds and Returns
In order to be eligible for refund or replacement, you have to notify Love Furniture within 14 days after receiving your goods and the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. We will charge a small amount of 50gbp or 60euros collection fee (Alternatively, you can return the item to our Warehouse in County Antrim yourself).
Refunds will be issued after the item has been inspected by our warehouse team.
There are certain circumstances, where at our sole discretion we are not able to accept returns, cancel orders or offer refunds. These exclusions apply:
- When the product are returned without full packaging
- When the products are not in a saleable condition
The customer should allow our repair team to conduct inspection and repair. They may need to visit your property up to Six (6) times to this end. Parts needed to complete the repair will be ordered and waiting time can be up to four (4) months.
In the very rare event that there are missing or damaged parts, we will not take the whole item but we will deliver the missing or damaged part. Delivery lead time will depend on the availability of the parts needed.
Refunds for return items will be credited to the card used for the original payment. Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse and they have been inspected, a refund usually happens within 24hrs, but can take up to 3 days.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact our Customer Service department or fill out this online cancellation request form. You have the right to cancel up to 14 days after delivery. If after the goods have been delivered they have to be returned, Please refer to our Returns Policy. Refunds for cancellations will be credited to the card used for the original payment and usually happens within 24hrs of cancellation, but can take up to 3 days.
We will strive to deliver your order as scheduled but in the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery timeslot or date. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation) incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Our delivery is up to your door only and our team will take reasonable care when delivering the products. If you let our delivery team in the house, it will be at your own risk. We will not be liable for any damages to your property during delivery.
