In the first image it shows the concrete looking colour drawers and the black inserts - is it possible to get like that or does it have to be the white drawers?

Hi Olivia, the Lex Desk is only available in concrete white color, the black inserts are just sample storage box that you can put. Hope this helps. Regards, Lilly - Love Furniture
