It was described as soft but it's not soft. Just wanted to say that it's only my opinion but the rest of it was amazing. In fact, I went back with yourselves because of a mattress I bought in the past and I couldn't believe how amazing you were as being professional and kind and very helpful so really I would never want to shop anyplace else if I find that kind of service. And zero complaints, good delivery, everything was communicated well, and the mattress is very comfortable. It's a pillow top, so that part of it is soft, but the mattress itself is quite good, it's good for what I need.

Customer service & delivery were excellent! the delivery guys were very polite & helpful. My wife was the one who received the order and she was very impressed. We're very satisfied with the mattress that we bought, very very good quality for a value of money, very reasonable price.
