Is this a complete bed frame or is the headboard adjustable please?

Hi Miriam, the Fusion Leather Double Bed is a complete bed frame and the headboard is not adjustable. If you want a different headboard, we recommend a divan bed where you can choose your own headboard in the headboard section. Let us know if you need further help. Regards, Micah
