Thanks for taking interest in our beds. The Barcelona Double Bed 4'6ft Low Foot End - Dove Grey does not include mattress, however, you can add a mattress separately. Please have a look at all our mattresses under the Bedroom section on our website. I would recommend you to have a look at the Symphony De Luxe Mattress and Evolution Mattress.
