I can tell you, last night I had the best sleep I had in a year and slept for 9 and half hours. I think it's really comfortable, and it's firm, but it's also a little bit kind of soft as well, which is what I like. It's just really comfortable, I have to say. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely great, it was just the delivery was a little bit late but I would absolutely definitely recommend you still, like as I said for customer service you were very good, you waited for me to move into my apartment before arranging the delivery. I have no complaints at at but was just the delivery. Thank you!

This is a very good mattress. I am happy I got it, its very comfortable and was also a perfect fit for my bed. I have had no problems with it and the customer service and delivery was great.

Everythings going really well with the mattress, the quality's great and we're really happy with it. We were a bit shocked at the thickness of it, as it was nearly twice as thick as our old mattress, but we have gotten used to it now and it's really comfortable.

Is this just a mattress or it comes with the Divan base?

Hi! The price €623.53 / £430.02 posted for the Backcare Supreme Mattress 4'6 is only for the mattress itself (No Divan Base Included). However if you wanted to get this with a Divan Base, we also have a Standard 4ft6 Double Divan Base being sold separately for only €150.8 / £104 http://www.lovefurniture.ie/bedroom/beds/divan-beds/dw-standard-divan-base

Hi Louise! Thank you very much for your inquiry. Mattresses are not delivered as rolled up. Mattresses are delivered straight and they are packed up to protect them from dust/dirt during transition.
